Al-Enezi: "Commerce" receives its customers through its digital e-portals. Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Mr. Mohammad Mekhlef Al-Enezi affirmed in a press statement that, based on the decision of the honorable Council of Ministers circulated to all government entities that provide services to customers to deliver those services online, and in application of health requirements, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has not been receiving customers for some time and continues not to receive customers and to provide all of its services remotely. Al-Enezi added that, depending on the type of service requested and to avoid in-person attendance, a video call request service has been made available through video technology, and the service is also provided through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's social media accounts. Al-Enezi explained that the Ministry of Commerce has set a plan to resume work in all its sectors at 50% of the total number of employees, in application of the Civil Service Commission circular on reducing the workforce in government entities. Al-Enezi stated that the Ministry of Commerce is distinguished by its advanced system of e-services provided to its customers, which helps it continue to provide those services in all sectors of the Ministry through the following digital e-portals without the need to visit the Ministry.
