Support Monitor
Follow up on issuing books and supporting construction materials for mortgage loan holders, reviewing special books for disbursing support amounts to companies supplying subsidized developmental and construction materials, and estimating the support budget.
Supported Goods and Materials Division
Follow up on the transactions of real estate loan holders in terms of new construction, restoration and issuance of books for disbursement of subsidized construction materials.
Support Accounts Department
Work on auditing the bills of subsidized food supplies included in the ration card and subsidized construction materials, preparing letters of disbursement of support amounts for the supplier companies, and preparing the financial and calendar budget for support.
Monitoring the ration card
Follow-up transactions for the ration card issuance, commodity stocks, export of shrimp and fish abroad, and coordination with companies to follow up on government and private foodstuff stocks.

Following up on the completion of daily transactions, including spending, adding and changing the address and the head of the family and solving the problems related to the issuance of the ration card in the external centers
Department of Merchandise Inventory
Follow up the commodity stock of the government and private sector and prepare the stock bulletin for foodstuffs, export permits, and the administration’s achievements every month.
