Supervising the preparation of studies related to trade development and preparing short and long-term operational plans for them related to the objectives of the ministry and providing data and statistics related to commercial activity.
Monitoring Statistics and Research:
Follow-up and cooperation with the Ministry's departments to provide data, prepare studies to rationalize decision-making, issue statistical bulletins, and publish the Amiri Diwan.
Monitoring planning and following up the government's work program:
Follow up the preparation for the planning committee meetings, prepare their minutes, follow up the annual development plan, and prepare periodic reports on the course of projects related to the ministry’s program plans.
Department of Statistics:
Providing statistical and economic data for decision-makers.
Research Department:
Analyzing statistical data and tables, issuing a monthly economic bulletin, and preparing a comprehensive annual report for all sectors of the ministry.
Planning Department:
Translating the sectors' visions into plans and goals according to a specific timetable.
Government Action Program Follow-up Department:
Follow up development plan reports and government work programs.
