About managing people companies

 

Implementing and following up the implementation of procedures for all persons' companies in accordance with the Companies Law and its implementing regulations, in addition to supervising the work of the administration.

 

 Monitor licenses for companies' persons

 

Implementing laws, systems and regulations related to people’s companies, following up on the work of the Personnel Companies ’Licensing Section, and classifying commercial and international activities.

Follow up on the implementation of the person’s company laws, systems and regulations. It is also the department responsible for responding and following up on investigation cases related to the licenses of people’s companies in the Public Prosecution

 

 Monitor the follow-up of licenses for individual companies

 

The monitoring concerned with auditing and following up on the organizational units that are subordinate to it, namely the Information and Follow-up Department and the Budgets Department, as it is the watchdog responsible for preparing responses, notes, and official books to all the Ministry’s departments and relevant external bodies.

Implementation of procedures for requests for amendment of contracts and licenses of persons' companies of all kinds, in coordination with the competent authorities (Ministry of Justice - Kuwait Municipality - Ministry of Information - local banks - and other competent authorities), in addition to coordination and follow-up to respond to inquiries received by the administration from the various departments of the ministry as it is based The department will respond to the inquiries of the auditors and guide them regarding their requests.

 

 Budgets section

 

Examining companies ’budgets by examining the companies’ assets, investigating the extent of their compliance with the incoming budget, preparing reports and expressing opinions on them, and preparing quarterly and semi-annual statistics on the budgets received from the companies.
